Working with key stakeholders, line managers, and employees, we use a combination of approaches including one-to-one interviews, focus groups, role analysis, and questionnaires to identify your short, medium and long-term learning needs. We may either suggest specific types of learning solutions or a blend of several.

By working closely with your key staff during implementation we will support the rollout of the development programme as well as monitor its success.
